一奶同胞的兄弟洪达和洪宇同属于卡尼亚军方的秘密猎毒小队，在执行东南亚边境扫毒任务时，被狡猾的大毒枭贡泰偷袭，即将成为父亲的洪达为掩护弟弟洪宇牺牲，洪宇背负巨大的创痛回到家中，无法面对一对孤儿寡母，加盟新组建的独狼小队，重返边境为哥哥报仇。

对于16岁的女孩Jung-hee来说，一年中最困难的一天是她祖母的阵亡将士纪念日。郑熙通常很难和酗酒的母亲相处，但在这一天，她大喊大叫的祖父的妹妹来了。她每年都会责骂正熙的母亲和叔叔，问她为什么为自杀的祖母做追悼会，而不考虑找到离家出走的祖父。自从他的祖父在正熙出生的那天失踪后，正熙不知怎么地觉得这是她的错。所以Jung-hee决定去冒险，在那里她可以解开所有的秘密，结束她母亲的青春期。
